Who is behind this check

Hi, I'm Chris. I built this check for tour owners in the Philippines.

Technical: I take systems seriously.

I am an electronic systems engineer. For almost 5 years I worked 24/7 shifts operating a communications satellite. A mistake there was a big problem. I bring the same discipline to my work with tour owners.

Customer service: I know what guests expect.

Since 2004 I have worked with customers, face to face and online. Hotel front desk, restaurant and bar, call centers in English, and cabin crew for an airline.

I also ran an Airbnb from far away. I was a Superhost for 13 quarters in a row. I replied to new guests in under 24 hours, and 95% of the guests who wrote to me booked.

Tourism: I know the guest's side of a trip.

I have worked as a translator and guide for international guests in Cebu. I also work with a travel agency, on the side that books tours like yours. I help guests during their whole trip between islands, and I help fix problems like late flights and cancelled ferries or tours. So I know how much a fast reply matters to a guest.
