What I keep when you take the check
Who is responsible
I am Chris Parraga, in Cebu, Philippines. I made the High Season Check, and I decide what happens with the data you give me here. I am the only person who sees your answers. To reach me, reply to any message I send you, or write to hola@chrisparraga.com.
What I keep
- Your answers to the 15 questions, your score and your level.
- If you leave your contact: your name or business name, your WhatsApp or email, and whether you are the owner or you work there.
If you leave before the form, I keep your answers without a name or contact. Nobody can tell who you are from them. They help me learn how to make the check better.
What I do not keep
I do not keep your IP address. I do not use tracking cookies, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. This page loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
Why I keep it
To write to you myself about your result and your free call, and to see where the check can improve. I may write to you about your result and your call. Tell me to stop and I stop. The check works out your score and level by itself. It also helps me see who may be a good fit for my free program, but I decide who I invite myself. I do not sell your data and I do not share it with other companies for their own use.
Where it is, and who sees it
Your data is stored on my web hosting account. When you leave your contact, I also get an email with your name, your contact and your result. Only I see it. The company that runs my hosting and my email handles it for me, as part of that service. If you book a call, the scheduling tool I use also receives your name and email, only to set up the call.
How long I keep it
12 months from the day you took the check. After that I delete it. If you start working with me, we agree on how long I keep what is needed for that work.
Your rights
You can ask me what I have about you, ask for a copy of it, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can object to how I use it, take back your consent, or ask me to stop writing to you. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
How to ask me to delete it
Reply to any message I send you, or write to hola@chrisparraga.com, and say "delete my answers". I delete them. If you never left your contact, I cannot tell which answers are yours, so there is nothing I can match to you.
